      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hi, I’m Jessica, a software engineer, tech person and gamer from the UK.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;During the day I work for DigiCert as a Senior Principal Engineer and when I’m not doing that I’m working on cool projects like &lt;a href=&#34;https://lancache.net&#34;&gt;LanCache&lt;/a&gt;, &lt;a href=&#34;https://uklans.net&#34;&gt;UK LANs&lt;/a&gt; and sometimes helping &lt;a href=&#34;https://homecomingservers.com&#34;&gt;resurrect an MMORPG&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;I also sometimes do freelance event network and broadcast engineering and have worked at events like EGX, Bafta Games Awards and I’m a co-founder and former Technical Manager of &lt;a href=&#34;https://epiclan.co.uk&#34;&gt;Epic LAN&lt;/a&gt; – responsible for writing their tournament and game server management platforms.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
